Plone Bootcamp 2006

Had a great time at the 2006 PLONE BOOTCAMP hosted by the Carolina Cardiovascular Biology Center, coordinated by Chris Calloway (TriZPUG Member & Plone Developer), and instructed by Joel Burton, (Plone Foundation Chair). Joel taught me a lot about Plone and talked about his many an "Ah Ha!" moments. Also, he added "Click Monkey" and "Dead Chicken" to my vocabulary. Geoff Davis, (Plone Core Developer) talked about CacheFu and squid.

St Patricks Day Parade 2006

March 11, 2006
We spent the day at City Market in Raleigh. The St. Patricks Day Parade was goin' on. Dogs and their Owners dressed up. The 82nd Airborne, Motorcycles, Stormy (Hurricane Mascot) and the sweetest lady in the world.
A friend of ours, Wayne Johnston, is a member of Ceol na Gael, a bagpipe band from Charlotte.
